Those providers set and control their own services, prices, schedules, and terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Your agreement for those services is with the provider. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, cancellations, or omissions of any third party.

Trip descriptions, itineraries, and any prices shown or quoted are subject to change and to availability until confirmed in writing. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect your exact trip.

 

Travel risks and documents

Travel involves risk, including weather, illness, political events, and natural hazards, particularly in remote destinations such as the Galapagos Islands and the Dominican Republic. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements, and appropriate travel insurance. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
